About London East Counselling
My name is Sue Goode and when you are ready to help yourself, I am here to work with you on taking those important and difficult first steps towards therapy. We can do this together whether its a behavioural change you are looking to work on, relationships, processing loss or just trying to know and love yourself better.
I work intuitively an am fairly straight talking and often work at the heart of the issue therefore really helping you to access and develop your authentic self, rather than living with an adapted version that’s often likely to make you feel feel miserable stressed and unfulfilled. After all you want something to change and usually it is ourselves who have to do the shifting!
I have a humanistic and holistic approach, and acknowledge the importance of the whole person – mind, emotions, body and spirit. The inner child as well as the adult.
